To boost mortgage referral numbers – there will be a monthly competition with a new prize to be won every month!

Mortgage Referrals Prize Draw

1 mortgage referral = 1 entry into the prize draw
Any referrer reaching 5 referrals in a calendar month will receive 5 more entries into the draw!
Any referrer reaching 10 referrals in a calendar month will receive 10 more entries into the draw!
The draw will take place on the first working day after month-end
Taj will personally contact the winner and give them the great news!

The first month’s prize is a 10^th Generation iPad worth £350!

We want to let your clients know that we are here for them when they need us, even if that is in the future!
We want to speak with your clients now who currently have a mortgage, even if their rate expires years from now.
We want to build a relationship, so when it’s time to remortgage they get the advice they need from us.
We ask that you capture your clients’ fixed rate expiry dates and let them know they’ll hear from us 6 months before their deal expires to review the market.
They will never pay too much for their mortgage because we will monitor their deal for them!
